Group reservation cancellation and conditions

A group reservation is a reservation of at least 6 rooms and or 10 persons. A group booking is exclusively booked via our own website, by telephone or via specially selected booking partners. The following conditions apply to group bookings.

For group bookings, we charge a deposit of 50% of the booking value. This deposit must be received no later than 30 days prior to your visit. We will send you an invoice for this. If we do not receive the down payment on time, we are forced to cancel the booking. In that case, the cancellation conditions below still apply.

You can cancel your group booking free of charge up to 30 days before the start of your booking. For cancellations between 30 and 10 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the reservation value. If you cancel between 10 and 1 day(s) before arrival, you will be charged the total amount of your reservation. 

We may have agreed different cancellation conditions with you for your reservation. In combination with price and length of stay, we may decide in consultation to increase or decrease the conditions. This will be set out in contract with you.
